The children in Junipers Class are aged 4-7 and are in years R, 1 and 2.

Mrs Appleby and Mrs Bowman are our class teachers and Mrs Grayson is our Learning Support Assistant.

Research and our school experience tells us that young children learn best through play and exploration, this is why we have built on the excellent Early Years practice found in Skippers Class to provide children with independent learning throughout KS1 in Junipers Class. We have found our approach gives the children time to think and explore, and to be fully engaged in their learning all day long.
