Autumn 1
Skippers and Admirals went outside to look for signs of Autumn in our outdoor area. We found lots of different colours and made a collage with all the beautiful nature we found.
Outdoor Learning - Autumn Colours
Skippers Class had a very wet walk to Church this morning where we saw Vicar James who showed us around. We then found out where we were going to be sitting for Harvest Festival next week!
Today Skippers Class visited the library for the first time. We had so much fun choosing our books and then sharing our choices with our friends!
We enjoyed working with Admirals to build dens in the autumnal sunshine! We thought about how to share the equipment and work as a team. We also developed our resilience as we had to think carefully about how to make our dens successful!
Skippers went to visit the Spirituality garden. We looked at the prayer pebbles, and thought about what we liked in the garden. We then said our lunchtime prayer together.
Spirituality Garden
We have had a fun first day in Skippers Class! After a tour of the school and meeting everybody, we have been exploring all of the activities both inside the classroom and in the outside area.
