Junior Road Safety Officers

At Lockerley we are fortunate to have four Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs) who support the school in making sure the school community are safe on the roads, encouraging children and parents to travel to school in environmentally friendly ways.

We have planned a number of activities for this year, including Be Bright Be Seen day.

Road Safety Training Workshop

Our JRSO team have taken part in their virtual Road Safety training and activity afternoon. The workshop gave them the knowledge and tools to share with the school community about road safety. They watched a presentation and designed t-shirts to highlight the importance of being safe and being seen.
