Junior Road Safety Officers

At Lockerley we are lucky to have six Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs) who support the school in making sure they are safe on the roads, and also encouraging children and parents to travel to school in environmentally friendly ways.

We have planned a number of activities for this year, including Be Bright Be Seen day.

Be Bright, Be Seen! 

The JRSO's have launched the 'Be Bright, Be Seen' campaign to raise awareness of the importance to wear bright clothes when walking or cycling to school in the dark mornings and evenings. They led an assembly and invited the children to come to school wearing something bright.
