Army Extravaganza Staff Promise
On Wednesday 15th January the children who won the Army Extravaganza staff promise went to Tidworth Army Barracks for a fun packed afternoon. Some of the children started the activities exploring inside a variety of tanks and armoured vehicles, being allowed to press all the buttons and see where some of the soldiers are expected to sleep. Whilst other children began by exploring some of the weapons the soldiers use, which included a pistol, machine gun and riffle. As can be seen in the pictures the children had a great time and finished the afternoon on the battalion’s bouncy castle. Overall the children (and staff) all had a memorable afternoon.
