The Big Garden Birdwatch - Trailblazing in Skippers
On the coldest day of the year so far children in Skippers took part in the Big Garden Birdwatch. They were kindly helped by Mrs Jenkins and identified several different species in the school grounds including, robins, blackbirds, magpies, chaffinchs and blue-tits. The children really enjoyed this activity and clearly demonstrated two of our new school values - responsibility and compassion (caring for the environment).
