World Book Week
This week has been all about books. A list below is just some of the things we have done to celebrate World Book Week.
- Book word searches and colouring for the World Book Week books.
- Book swap
- Making our own bookmarks
- Dressing up as our favourite book characters
- Guessing the teacher's favourite books
- Admirals have voted for the favourite picture book as part of a countywide book award.
- Year 3 put on a splendid assembly all about books
I think it is fair to say that we have had a very busy but fun week celebrating everything about books. It has been wonderful to see the children enjoying the books they swapped and talking about books all this week. Great costumes too! Very impressive. Take a look at out photos from World Book Week.
